Complaints procedure

The League Against Cruel Sports endeavour to communicate with all supporters and members of the public in a way that is welcomed by them, but we understand that sometimes we don’t get it right. We view contact and criticisms as an opportunity to learn and we genuinely want to hear from you.

If you wish to complain you can contact our Supporter Services Team by telephone: 01483 524 250, fax: 01483 428 373, email: info@league.org.uk or post: League Against Cruel Sports, New Sparling House, Holloway Hill, Godalming, Surrey GU7 1QZ.

What next?
If you contact us by phone we will try and resolve your complaint during the initial conversation. If you are still dissatisfied we will take your contact details and will get back to you with a resolution within four weeks.

If you contact us in writing we will write back to you with a resolution, also within four weeks.

We will keep copies of your complaint and share these within the organisation more widely to make sure we learn from the experience.

Please be aware that while we always listen to complaints and respond with respect, we may not always be able to make the exact changes you would like. If we cannot, we will explain why.

You can also contact the Charity Commission with your complaints if you are not satisfied with our response:
