What Can You Do?

Become a League hunt investigatorYou can support the League Against Cruel Sports in a number of ways.

  • Please register your support and we will keep you up-to-date with our campaigns and invite you to take action and get involved.  The more supporters we have, the more we can bring about change to improve animals’ lives.
  • Email your MP today and let them know your views on a repeal of the Hunting Act.
  • Be our eyes and ears! The League relies on information received from supporters and members of the general public. If you have any information about a hunt’s meet dates please call our Hunt Crimewatch on 01483 524 250 or send us an email. All calls and emails are treated in the strictest confidence.
  • Write to your local Police Authority, asking them to raise the priority of hunting enforcement in the area.
  • Keep cruelty historyDownload our petition (below) calling on parliamentary candidiates to show their support for the Hunting Act 2004 and pledge to vote against repeal if offered a free vote in parliament.
  • If you witness ‘hunt havoc’ - hounds invading private property, damaging crops, stampeding and killing livestock, running through gardens, killing pet cats and dogs, and causing accidents on roads and railway lines etc - please send us an email or telephone 01483 525 250 and write to your local press.
  • Find out more about your property rights if you are still troubled by the hunt.
  • Make a donation to our campaign. The League receives no Government or National Lottery funding and relies on the generosity of our supporters.  Every pound helps fund our campaigning and investigative work.
